COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN

On the basis of federal and cantonal regulations, the Zermatt Music Festival & Academy has implemented the following measures to ensure optimum safety for its audience members:

 

-We ask that you do not attend the concerts if you have any symptoms of Covid-19.

-In order to ensure traceability, we will ask you to provide your contact details. This information will be kept for 14 days after the date of the concert and then deleted.

-The concert venues will be disinfected by a professional company and ventilated before each concert.

-The entry to and exit from the venues will be staggered in order to avoid any crow­ding.

-Disinfectant hand gel will be available at each concert.

-Masks must be worn at all times inside the venues.

-The capacity of the venues will be reduced to 2/3, and the seating plans will be adapted to ensure distancing measures.

-There will be no intervals.

 

For your information, all our musicians and staff will be fully vaccinated.

Following the latest announcement by the Federal Council and with these measures already in place, the Festival is now considered as a “Covid certificate-free event”.  The audience will therefore not be required to present a Covid certificate to access the events.

This protocol was updated in July 2021. Depending on federal and cantonal decisions, it may be modified or adapted. Any new information will be communicated here, in our daily programmes and at the concerts.
