Where do you study?
I just finished my studies at the Julliard School, New York. I will start another master’s degree in the Haute Ecole de Musique, Geneva this year.

What do you like to do when you are not playing music?
Reading, climbing, going to museums and theatres.
At what age did you start playing your instrument?
When I was 7 years old.
What was the most exciting concert you ever performed?
Play for a UNICEF charity concert in Georgia.
What was the most awkward moment in your career?
While I was playing a Mozart concerto (the one for flute and harp) at the Wiener Konzerthaus, one of my high heels got stuck in the floor. Since we need our feet to move the pedals and thus play, it was rather
awkward, even embarrassing, I might say, to be in this situation. Luckily I was able to remove it pretty quickly.
What is your favourite piece of classical music?
Beethoven’s 7th Symphony, 2nd movement.
How did the last two Corona years influence your musical development?
It made me think even harder than before about why we are making music and how we can be as meaningful as possible.
Which famous person would you like to have dinner with (from the past or the present)?
Audrey Hepburn
